Based on the Review and Preparation posts, I get the impression that you'd rather we didn't include many approximations in the crib sheet... is that so? What are we allowed to include? I added some integrals we used for the derivation of n and p, for example.
Not a big deal, but I tried improving readability by adding some color. In b&w printers, you should see text alternate from black to grey from line to line. In color, I thought black and red would be easier to differentiate than any other color. Again, that's probably only slightly helpful, but highlighting and stuff helps me keep track of notes like this.
